Blake and Craig take the anchor roles this week for an iconic interview with Stani Kulechov, the founder of Defi project AAVE. As passionate Defi users themselves, Craig and Blake get Stani to recollect the early days of AAVE including how it was built then discuss how it operates and how it will run in the future. To close Stani touches on the exciting innovations happening with decentralised social media as a result of the Lens Protocol, another Web 3 project he is spearheading.

Craig and Tracey took the helm this week with Blake away pitching Bamboo at Consensus as one of eight finalists in the Web 3 Pitch Fest hosted by Extreme Tech Challenge. Trace opens the episode announcing that the New York State of Financial Services - who are notoriously strict, have released guidelines for issuing dollar backed stable coins. Discussion continues around Binance announcing they have invested an undisclosed amount into Pancake swap, a decentralised app (DAP) built on the BNB chain. Other headlines making news this week included market share data showing that FTX has flipped rivals Coinbase in market share with 11% despite having only been around for less than half of the amount of time as Coinbase. As a user of FTX Trace shares why she thinks more users are moving towards FTX over Coinbase and has a laugh about some of the major sponsorships they have announced in an incredible 18 month rise which has seen them reach a 32 billion dollar valuation!

Are NFTs worth buying? What is their value for society? Today we chat with internationally recognised artist, Tammy Kanat about the value of NFTs. Tammy is known for her beautiful and vibrant weaving. Her work has been featured in the NGV and she has produced commissions for local and international clients, including one of our favourite brands Mecca. Tracey and Craig could barely contain their excitement talking to cricketing legend and crypto enthusiast Steve Smith.
