Equity Mates Culture
We’re a small team with big ambition. We are growing quickly, so expect a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and pick up new responsibilities. We are looking for people that are happy to work independently when required, but love getting together as a team and collaborating to solve a big problem or make a new concept come to life.

POSSIBILITIES: Podcasting wasn’t a business model five years ago. Who are we to say what is possible? We will not be constrained by how things are done or how others are doing it. We believe that creating something from nothing is one of the greatest things someone can do with their lives. And our team embraces that.
HUMILITY: Equity Mates was started by two people that felt left behind by the industry. Our first tagline was ‘made for everybody by nobodies’. We will not forget that.
