Hi guys, recently found your podcast & am enjoying so far. Listening through from the start and love the honest and simplified approach.
My question is one that I have thought about on & off for some time now..
My partner & I are in our 30s and have a mortgage with 20yrs to run & 150k left thanks to extra repayments regularly.
Now we are at the cross roads where we are unsure, do we continue to add extra repayments and forgo the savings that could be potentially used to enter the stock market? Or do we back off the extra repayments & invest?
With the current extra repayments to the home loan we can have it paid in 5 years, saving a massive amount of interest in doing so..
Interested to hear your opinions.
Keep up the great work!
